Not all liners offered on the internet in the 12 mil crawl space vapor barrier class are approved for use in a Crawl Space Encapsulation®. GuardianLiner® has met the strict criteria to provide a Do It Once™ installation. GuardianLiner® meets the following standards-

1. 100% made with first use virgin polyethylene resin
2. Actual plastic thickness is over .012″ or 12 mil
3. Passes Tested Pure™ lab testing standard for odor causing impurities
4. Each roll sold must have an individual serial number
5. Meet Class A testing requirements
6. Less than .01 perms
7. GS1 UPC tracking number
8. All rolls have protective wrapper prior to installation
9. All layers and welds from factory must be bonded with polyethylene- no glues or tapes
10. Minimum 25 year warranty
