Very quick service, I think it was 2 days after ordering, the Moisture Medic was delivered. My A/C duct work in my crawl space was sweating and dripping onto the my ground cover (even though my duct work is insulated) . Set up and programming the Moisture Medic dehumidifier was easy and quick (installed it the same day I got it). Two days later it had brought the humidity level in my 2650 sq. ft. of crawl space down to the level I had set and now cycles on and off as needed. I am totally pleased with this product. I highly recommend it and I would absolutely buy it again.

So far this unit appears to be doing the trick. We have a fairly large walk in crawl space and in NC, that means a humid space. In the past year, I’ve had to replace the HVAC unit in the crawl, partially because of age (20 years) and partially because it was rusting out due to the humidity. With that large investment, I wanted something that would keep the humidity under control. Along with this dehumidifier, I also closed off all of the crawl space vents and now it maintains a very nice 55% humidity level. I elevated the unit so I could gravity drain the water into the piping for the A/C drain and everything is working as it should. Hoping the unit performs in the summer when the humidity is up…time will tell.

Excellent design and easy installation! The evaporator is separated far from the filter element which prevents damage to the filter if the unit is to ice over. The external control for this unit, controllable by my smartphone is extremely convenient!!!
