Excellent product. Is working very well. This is the one product we under-estimated our usage. This caulk is hard to find; the Big Box stores do not carry it.

As another reviewer mentioned, this stuff is hard to find, so rather than take the chance of running 1 or 2 tubes short, add them to your original order. I made the mistake of underestimating the # of pins and caulk and had to re-order and pay shipping. What really hurt was stopping my progress to wait for these items. Everything I ordered from these guys is top notch and the pricing is very fair. Don’t hesitate to call Larry or the others for advice. They were very patient with this novice who had a ton of questions.

Great product. Bailed me out on multiple occasions when the seam seal tape was not sticking to masonry due to moisture. Went back and applied a line right above the seam seal tape everywhere just to ensure a good seal. Worked so well, I didn’t even bother trying store brands – can’t find it in box stores. Get plenty.

I used this to seal the membrane to foundations sprayed with polyurethane. It hold well and doesn’t seem to react to the polyurethane, but I think the seal would have been better with sprayed polyurethane because of the irregular surface. I may complete the work with this in the future.

We have both new concrete block and very old (1920’s) concrete for a foundation. The seal tape worked well on the new concrete but didn’t stick well to the old concrete. I’m glad I ordered this caulk. It did a great job sticking to the very rough old concrete. Even if you can find this at a big box store, it is more expensive than ordering here. Well worth it.

When I first saw the calk it looked like the same stuff you can get at the box stores. (Perhaps some have the same stuff, but when I checked the one by my house didn’t.) This is good stuff. Spread it on liberally on a clean surface and it sets up with a good waterproof seal. Then tape the seam with seam tape.

This caulk is easy to use. I use it at the top of my crawlspace wall plastic sheeting to make a seal above the adhesive strip. It makes a neat job and has never let loose of the sheeting.

I ran into concrete block sweating to the point that the foundation tape wouldn’t stick. This stuff worked perfectly.

Damp block application works great. While wrapping piers and curtain barrier along foundation walls. Mechanical application at a minimum while using this glue
