How many square feet will this bundle cover?
About 1000 to 1200 sq ft of floor. It will depend on how deep your crawl space is and how many supports you have. Deeper crawl spaces will use more material on the walls and each support takes about 12 sq ft if its 8″x8″ block and 2-2.5′ tall.
Can I install the 12 mil DiamondBack™ with the black side up?
Yes you can. Either side up and the vapor barrier will function the same.
How far apart do the Pins go?
It works best to place them about 14-16″ apart and make sure when you put them in a corner to put one on each wall about 1.5-2″ away from the corner.
Can any drill bit work to drill for the pins?
Any masonry drill bill will work. It is best to use a hammer drill with the appropriate bit style, an example is a Bosch bulldog uses an SDS style bit.

The materials are excellent quality and arrived quickly. I did the installation myself. The vapor barrier is relatively easy to work with. I put the 550 felt under portions of the vapor barrier in areas where I plan to walk on it. The felt is also excellent quality, and is a very consistent product.
