The Masonry 3000 Waterproof Coating forms an impermeable barrier to water on interior and exterior, vertical or horizontal concrete block and cast-in-place concrete. Backed with a 15 year waterproof guarantee as well as a 10 year mold and mildew resistant finish guarantee, it prevents moisture from entering or exiting a concrete surface.The Masonry 3000 Waterproof Coating can be used to stop moisture from entering basements or cellar walls and concrete subfloors and will stop water from exiting when applied to canals and holding basins like the InstaDry® Sump Pump Basin.— Paragraph break —This coating can also be used as a block filter for commercial applications such as car washes and garages where high performance top coats are applied. The Masonry 3000 Waterproof Coating is not recommended for use in swimming pools or use in contact with portable water.

Meets ASTM D-7088 Resistance to Hydrostatic Pressure, ASTM D-6904 Resistance to Wind Driven Rain and ASTM D-5590 Fungal Defacement Test.
