DrySpace™

DrySpace™ comes in four different thicknesses ranging from our 45 Mil thick Thermoplastic Polyolefin that is used as a durable liner for heavy use areas such as excessive crawl space storage and high traffic to our 20, 16, and 14 Mil thick 5 ply laminated reinforced polyethylene vapor barrier. DrySpace™ meets or exceeds ASTM E-1745 Class C Standard (Plastic water vapor barriers used in contact with soil or granular fill under concrete slabs). It is fastened to the foundation to prevent exposure to water, moisture, mold and odors. All of these vapor barriers are naturally odor free so there are no worries of a "plastic" or "pool liner" smell.

Water Control

Water control is as important as the vapor barrier. Without it you could still have water problems.  There are three major components to a successful water control system. 1.The pump - Zoeller pumps are rated the highest in quality and dependability. 2. A radon approved water basin - Our basins are completely sealed and vented to the outdoors to protect your crawl space and your home from Radon Gas. 3. A drainage system - A properly installed drainage system will keep water out of your crawl space.
