Actually our prices are very affordable. The final price
is determined by what you can afford to have done. There are many options at
your disposal and those options can be done in steps or as a whole package.
The bottom line, we are extremely affordable compared to others
offering a similar product line. We don't use salesmen that over charge the
customer and we don't use high pressure sales tactics. We are in business to
help people.

Insects-
Here is what
Ohio State University says about the powder post
beetle.
The
Powder Post Beetle and What to do about it.
When researching the powder post beetle and mold note that the
first recommendation is to control moisture.
Usually in one or two days depending on the condition of
your crawlspace.
As soon as you notice a musty odor, soft or cold floors,
condensation on your windows, mold in your home, or water around your
foundation. If you have been in your crawl space and noticed that it is damp,
humid or there are lots of insects then you should have it inspected.
NO, don't be fooled by the inexperienced
contractor or handyman. Plastic does not seal out moisture nor does it keep
the crawl space humidity down. In a matter of only a few years the plastic will
become brittle and when a person or an animal walks or crawls on the plastic it
starts to break apart leaving the dirt crawl completely exposed again.
What most people don't realize is that nearly 50% of the
air you breathe in your home comes from the crawl space. If there is mold,
water, rotting wood, or old fuel oil tanks in the crawl space you are breathing
very unhealthy air. Radon gas is not just a problem with homes built on
basements it is also a very real threat for homes on crawl spaces. An inspection
is FREE, you owe it to yourself and your family to find out if there is a
problem.
