We wanted to let you know we have referred you to everyone we know. (We need more of your business cards!!) The smell in our crawl space is completely gone and any water issues have been taken care of. And you know how bad it was. I was warned by one of your competitors that your product would leave a harsh plastic smell, we smell nothing, which is the point of having this done. They also said your product was different, it looked the same to us. I was able to get more than one company to come out for estimates and you were the only one that had a “no pressure” attitude. That helped us make an informed decision on what we should do and what we could afford. May I state you are by far the most affordable with an amazing product. You explained everything clearly, no hidden prices or “extra” products. And we appreciated you being so up front about everything! I guess that explains my “thank you.”

Our “final build” inspection was nice, the inspector gave us a thumbs up for having our crawlspaces encapsulated. I told him it was from your coming. (Considering we had about 3,800 sq/ft approx. of crawlspace I think everyone has been impressed by your work, it was no small job.)

You and your employees are professional, courteous, and VERY clean when it came to our home. I know it was not easy to work around hardwood floors, but, you guys did not leave one mark anywhere! Amazing!!!

You can have anyone call us, show them pictures of before and after- again this was a job that should make up anyone’s mind to use your company. We are enjoying our new home. I feel better knowing my family will not have to worry about moisture damage and mold issues, especially with my sons allergy to mold.

Thanks to Mike our crawl space is looking really good. The workers were here for 2 days to complete the job and we are grateful for the speedy time frame. I do not have any musty smells, our humidity is a lot lower and time will tell how the heating bills will improve.

We had a little issue under the house and we called Mike and returned our call within hours and he came out to solve our problem within 48 hour. We called him on Friday and he was here Monday!

Our entire experience with Mike, and Fix-My-Crawl, has been a positive one. From our initial conversation, through installation and follow-up, Mike has presented himself well, and very informed. His crew are very professional, and respectful of the customer, something missing in this society. From the prep, through a complete clean-up, they did a first class job. Our calls, concerns have been addressed with the courteous and professional attention we have come to appreciate. We noticed, almost immediately, that our floors were not squeaking, and the air quality had improved, resulting in less coughing & dry, scratchy throats. Obviously, long term savings will require time to be realized, but from day-one, my wife and I have been very pleased with our investment, and the company. Its almost impossible to find a company that gives you a good warranty, let alone makes it transferable, an excellent selling feature.
